Stem and forefoot

stem and forefoot assembled with epoxy,
the framework will be covered by a cloth tent, and the heater will speed things up

heater and tent for a faster cure

epoxy has cured,
shape of forefoot is from 3" squares shown on Lock Crowther drawing,
and transferred to cardboard cutout,
then traced around  

using the electric plane to taper the leading edge down to 5/8"

2 coats of epoxy on non-glue areas,
the stem and forefoot are now ready to be installed on the strongback
