Daggerboard Case construction


 port side interior face glassed,
note taper on inside ends to accommodate future glass overlap into the trunk

starboard side glassed inside,
fillets were spread on inside corners before laying the cloth

 daggerboard trunk halves assembled,
note long handled spatula for spreading the inside fillets on the port side

ready for glass cloth on exterior

 exterior port side and end are glassed,

flipped over and exterior starboard side glassed,
planks support the trunk and keep the wet underside from touching the table
