Galley

 clamps and wedges 

pre-finished galley face panel installed,
wait for the epoxy to cure

Bow and aft berth plywood installed

 preparing rim for neoprene gasket
3 hatch lids go in aft berth plywood

Hourglass removable bulkhead door in frame #1 installed

door seals with neoprene gasket to keep bow section watertight,
in case of hull damage

Settee face panel installed

 face panel held with temporary screws until epoxy hardens

buttons removed

Galley shelves and Settee bottoms being installed

 galley shelves go in before face panel goes on

 old batteries make nice weights for gluing
 spring sticks wedge shelves in place while epoxy hardens
 Settee will have coolers under the forward half
shelves are 3/8" okoume ply with fiberglass and epoxy on top and bottom

Fitting out of mainhull underway:








need to add forward and aft berth plywood with access hatches,
settee panel and lids,
galley bench panel and shelves,
floor panels,
lots to do.....

fairing now complete to 220 grit,
ready for final urethane paint
- different color epoxy to show waterline location
for future application of bottom paint
