clear cedar boards, 1-11/16" x 2-3/4" x 54"
epoxy glued with alternating cross grain
before assembly, each board was tapered from waterline to tip,
every board has different taper based on the plan tapered foil section,
when assembled they form the approximate foil section shape,
this reduces the amount of material to be removed by planing

Are you going to put an oak leading edge on? Or will carbon/fibreglass be sufficient?
